Brickwork and bricklaying
We replace damaged and spalling bricks, rebuild sections of wall, form new openings and do wall removals, and lay coping stones and new brickwork to match the old. On The Depot by Psaros we reinstated brickwork and coping stones to a heritage facade and new garage area.
Repointing
Old mortar that has gone soft, sandy or cracked lets water into the wall. We rake the joints out and repoint them in a mortar that matches the colour and finish of the original. We repointed large areas of the seven-storey Maddison Heights apartments in Maylands.
Rendering and plastering
After crack stitching, we patch render and plaster so the repair blends into the wall and is ready to paint. We also do rendering, plastering and texture coatings as standalone jobs.
